Susan and I, shown at left, are owner/operators of Ozark Arts & Crafts.  A small family business specialized in handmade wood items, such as hiking/walking sticks, canes, woodcarvings, CNC 3D & 2D signs/plaques, and handmade jewelry. The CNC,(Computerized Numerical Controlled), the machine that I use was made by us (Denny and Susan Nolan) and constructed entirely of wood (with few exceptions). It is what we call our “Shop Baby”. Susan and I get lots of enjoyment in watch it play. Like a Baby, it requires a lot of attention! while in operation!
The fact that Wood and Jewelry Art is a Hobby and not a business allows us to create unique and elegant pieces that meet our own high standards rather than trying to cut corners to produce large quantities. As a result, we deliver only our best handcrafted art into your home.

I try to show the natural beauty of wood whenever possible. I use different stains and finishes that make the natural grain and colors of the wood that creates a more natural look. Most often, my final finish will be either several coats of wax or polyurethane. Keep in mind that all our Wood Arts and Jewelry are handmade by me and/or my lovely wife.  There will always be minor variations from one item to the next, making each piece a unique piece of art.
