Originally from Southern Indiana, I moved to the Missouri Ozarks 30 years ago, where I worked as an Engineer until retirement. With over 50 years of experience as a woodcraft artisan, I draw inspiration from the rugged beauty of the Ozarks, bringing the region’s natural charm into each piece I create. SHIPPING POLICY:
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Method: I use reliable carriers and provide tracking information for all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days for U.S. orders.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY:
**Return Requests: Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
ALL unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restock fee. So please contact us first to initiate the return process
Once a return/exchange request has been initiated & approved, please ship back within 14 days of receipt with an applicable tracking number. We do not offer free returns. Your credit (minus the return shipping fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method-of-payment, within 5 - 10 business days of the package's return.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
